Women's  Ministries

Missouri  Women  Active  for  Christ                                  

The Missouri Women Active for Christ are a vital, dynamic part of the ministry of our state and around the world. Their efficient organization leads to a great ministry. The main objective of MOWAC is the support of missions. This is accomplished through local, state and national yearly projects. 


They also sponsor and fund an annual scholarship for a young lady from Missouri who will attend one of our Free Will Baptist Colleges.

Their events include a MO WAC State Convention in June and their State Women's Retreat in September.

2018 MOWAC RETREAT

Held September 21 & 22 at Oasis in Springfield, MO


The theme was "Soul Sisters" taken from 1 Thessalonians 5:11 (ESV)

Ministers' Wives' Retreat

The Ministers' Wives' Retreat is sponsored, in part, by the CE Board and is designed to give the wives of our MO pastors a time to casually get together, worship in word and song, and build a stronger network of support. This annual event is held in April.

2018 Minister's Wive's Retreat was held April 20 & 22 at Cross Pionte Retreat Center, Rocky Mount, MO The speaker was Sherri Sloan. You can read about the retreat and view pictures of the fun in the July-August issue of the GEM Magazine.
